On Friday, 16th May, Commonwealth Games Northern Ireland (CGNI) once again partnered with PwC as part of the One Firm, One Day initiative to deliver an exciting joint Sports Day for pupils from St Paul’s and Fane Street Primary Schools.
The event featured five Commonwealth sports: Athletics, Boxing, Bowls, Weightlifting, and Fencing. Pupils from both schools had the unique opportunity to try out a range of sports—many of which they might not otherwise have the chance to experience.
The Sports Day was not only a celebration of teamwork and fun but also a chance to inspire the next generation through physical activity and exposure to new disciplines. CGNI and PwC were proud to come together once again to support young people in leading active, healthy lifestyles.
This annual event continues to demonstrate the power of sport to bring communities together and create lasting memories for young participants.
